Wires and cables drive me crazy so the Sonos HiFi wireless audio system is one of my new faves. The plug and play components bring together your digital music in a single app that you can control from your smart phone, tablet or computer.
We bought the Sonos Play:1, the most compact and cheapest speaker.
The idea is to have these throughout the house. (They have bigger units as well–a Play:3 & and Play:5.) Then, you can either stream the same music–or different music in every room. This little speaker puts out sweet sound. It’s portable, too, so it can be moved around to different rooms or used outside. Just plug it in and use your smart device to control it.
If you want to go big, there’s a wireless home theater component called the Playbar and this thing is the bomb!
When you pair it with a high-definition TV you get full-theater HiFi sound that’s amazing. It’s easy to mount on the wall and looks streamline. No need for big eyesore speakers. I think it’s great because you can get that home theater sound without spending an arm and a leg–and no wires. If you’re not watching a movie, you can stream music through the Playbar. All around, it’s a cool DIY audio system.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you check back soon!
